We visited Kuekenhof on Thursday. It is a large area of formal and informal gardens displaying the Netherlands prowess at growing beautiful blooms. It is an all encompassing sensual experience, there is no way that we could possibly attempt to describe it. Your senses are assailed with colour and scent on a massive scale. Like so many of these places it is visited by large numbers of people, the pay off, to experience something quite unique.
The drive back to our campsite took the edge off the day, getting around the Rotterdam ring road is worst than Antwerp. Over three hours to cover eighty three kilometers. Never again.

Keukenhof is awesome! We took the boys there years ago. Nice photos …

looks wonderful bet the hyacinths smelt lovely, you know how much I like them.
